Section 1 Someone over the age of 18 must be present during installation.

Section 2 All pets must be restrained away from the installation site.

Section3 The garage must be free of objects that would interfere with the installation process.

Section 4 The garage door must be in proper working order prior to the installation.

Section 5 The customer will provide a Garage Door Opener that is of common manufacture. ie Chamberlain, Genie ceiling mount openers only.

Section 6 Customer is responsible for the proper operation of pre-wired lines for the sensors and wall control.

Section 7 Customer is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the Garage Door.

Section 8 Warranty is two years from the date of install.

Section   8a Warranty covers workmanship on the installation.
